I find it helpful to know that the things I feel and how I act with ADHD are actually "A Thing" for someone else. I don't want pro writers relaying info, I like lessons learned, daily experiences, realizations, failures and solutions.

I’ve been learning more about Storytelling recently and my intent is more, writing this type of content, but with fewer bullet points or info dumps.
